RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Endless Lashes:

For all exchanges for our Endless Lashes due to the nature of our product and for sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns and exchanges at this time. All sales are final. Cancellations: Order cancellations requests can be done by contacting our support team with the email provided below.​ Please note that orders can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped yet.

 

Clip In Hair Extensions:

For all exchanges with our Clip in hair extensions, we gladly accepts exchange within 7 days for wrong colour. We kindly ask that they have not been worn, nor removed from packaging or altered in anyway. All products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Hair extensions may be returned if found to be damaged/faulty, Endless Extensions should be advised immediately if goods are believed to be faulty. If products are found to be faulty a full credit will be given - No refunds.

The return of hair extensions is the responsibility of the purchaser and it is recommended to return using a tracking system, as Endless Extensions does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen returns. It is best you obtain proof of postage.

Ordered the wrong colour? If you would like to change your clip in extensions for a different colour, please contact us on info@endlessextensions.com.au send us a photo and we will help you choose the right colour for you. We will then send you a code so you can reorder your new clip in extensions.

Customers will need to pay for postage to return the hair to us and then also pay postage to receive exchanged goods. Before sending back the hair for exchange, you will need to fill out a Returns form and we will contact you with an email with your approval. After our approval you may return the hair for exchange. You must also send an empty Express Bag to with your return item.

 

We don't accept refunds for change of mind.

 

Refunds usually take 2 – 3 weeks to be received and processed. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it’s all done.
